The primary purpose of the California Adult Education Program (CAEP) is to create and expand adult education services within Shasta, Tehama, and Trinity County. We hope to offer pathways where everyone can begin somewhere and successfully complete their educational goals. In Shasta, Tehama, and Trinity Counties, many careers depend upon high school completion and a trade certificate, associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or more.
